Dear Nanny,
Today we watched Amy Driscoll, a King Arthur Flour baker, make bread. She showed us the yeast, flour, and other things, too. She showed us different techniques, like how to braid the bread, and also showed us different things we could do. She taught us how to fold, cut, and prepare dinner rolls, pizza, cinnamon buns, garlic knots, and pretzels. I rrreeeeeeeaaaallllyyyy want to make pretzels! Also, cinnamon buns! Also, everything! I could be a chef! The only downside of this is that it takes 3 1/2 hours to do... Anyway, other than that, I look forward to baking in our kitchen.
